Originally from Lille, France, Max’s love for music took a different dimension after moving to Berlin in 2017. A passionate vinyl collector, Max began DJing with an old-school selection, heavily influenced by labels such as Primate Recordings and Planet Rhythm. This foundation shaped his approach, infusing raw and authentic energy into his sets. Over the years, Max started incorporating more and more modern-sounding elements to his sets, drawing inspiration from forward-thinking labels like Token, Blueprint, and Delsin, which now form the core of his sound.
His sets, representing a broad spectrum of techno, are infused with power, groove, and hypnotism. His distinctive style has earned him to play in renowned venues such as Tresor.
In addition to his primary focus on techno, Max also explores house music, notably through his project “VICE/VERSA”, a vinyl-only side project he shares with his partner Ogazón. This project allows for a dynamic and versatile expression, blending the deeper grooves of house music with his trademark techno sound.
